Co-Directed by Jen Gilomen & Jessica Dorfman
35min doc, 2004
"Just Say It: A Revolution in the Making" is a story about becoming an artist and using your voice to change the world around you. In this excerpt, we meet Favianna Rodriguez, an Oakland-based muralist, artist, and educator who grew up in the drastically changed and contested neighborhood of Fruitvale. "Just Say It" is a 30-minute documentary co-directed by Jennifer Gilomen and Jessica Dorfman, released in 2004.
